Graham’s Foundation was born from personal experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by parents of premature babies. My twins, Graham and Reece, entered this world far too soon. The loss of Graham and Reece's journey inspired me to want to help others navigate their own path. We are dedicated to empowering parents with premature babies with the knowledge and support they need, committed to the vision that no one faces the uncertainty of prematurity alone. Together, we can create a community of strength, hope, and resilience.
