Following the loss of Graham and Reece's extended NICU journey, Nicholas committed to ensuring no parent faces prematurity alone. Under his leadership, Graham's Foundation has supported more than 175,000 families nationwide. Nicholas brings a parent perspective combined with deep knowledge of NICU family needs and healthcare partnerships.
